Our services are subject to the regulations in the most recent
version of the "Algemene Vervoercondities 1983" (General Transport Conditions
1983), as well as the "Algemene Vervoercondities voor Koeriersdiensten
1995" (General Transport Conditions for Courier Businesses 1995), which
have been registered with the courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
International
International road transport services are subject to the regulations
of the CMR treaty as well as the most recent version of the "Algemene
Vervoercondities 1983" (General Transport Conditions 1983), and the "Algemene
Vervoercondities voor Koeriersdiensten 1995" (General Transport Conditions
for Courier Businesses 1995), which have been registered with the courts
in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Payment
We apply the "Algemene Betalingsvoorwaarden" (General Payment
Terms) as defined by Transport & Logistiek Nederland, registered with
the district court of 's-Gravenhage on 1 October 1993, deed no. 238. The
services listed and all prices mentioned in our website are subject to
change without prior notice.
